McLaughlin and Edmondson, like most lawyers, assist their clients in proper estate planning through the drafting of wills, powers of attorney, living wills/health care proxy appointments.  Additionally, as one of their areas of practice that they concentrate in, M&E handles all types of probate estate issues.  These range from the more simple estates that are done by consent to much more complicated litigation involving the contesting of wills and trusts.
